No, both workshops are aimed at both levels – An Shifu will simply give you advice aimed at your skill level when he is teaching you 1-on-1.
The first workshop does require a strong level of fitness, however.
We will provide a full travel guide including how to obtain a Chinese visa. The school is about a 2.5-hour train ride from Beijing airport.
No, there is a category just for workshop attendees for fun – we can take a video for you so you can say you performed in front of a crowd in China! – but it’s up to you.
Students are welcome to arrive 1-2 days early, or stay 1-2 days late, so they can relax from hard traveling.
Please click here and send us your question.
For old students, An Shifu will teach you something else, e.g., a more advanced form, more advanced energetics within the same form, etc.
So far the activities include a tea ceremony at a traditional tea house and calligraphy classes. We will book more soon, update this page & email attendees.
All activities will be fun and relaxing, and be culturally significant.
