An Shifu does short seminars (1 – 3 days) all around the world longer events (2 – 4 weeks) in China. The short events focus on a single topic, such as “Bajiquan”, and the longer events include daily training and “kung fu tourism” around China, such as visiting the Shaolin Temple.

Develop Hard Qi

Bajiquan develops the hard qi required to deliver brutal strikes. Students must become extremely fit and strong.

Body Conditioning

Bajiquan practitioners strike the body against trees, each other, and even concrete pillars to build an unbreakable body.

Bajiquan is considered by many the hardest, most brutal style of kung fu. Each strike aims to incapacitate or even kill the opponent.
